A. You have the original CD and want a verified FLAC rip (Windows; EAC + FLAC)

To understand the quest, it helps to first understand the object of the search. 10,000 Days is Tool's fourth studio album, a follow-up to the critically acclaimed Lateralus . After a five-year silence, the band ended the wait with this release in 2006. The title refers to the approximate length of time (over 27 years) that lead singer Maynard James Keenan's mother spent paralyzed in a wheelchair before her death in 2003, making the album a deeply personal and emotional work. tool 10000 days flac verified

Many files labeled "FLAC" on peer-to-peer networks or sketchy download sites are actually "transcodes." A transcode occurs when someone takes a low-quality, lossy MP3 file and converts it into a FLAC format. While the file extension says .flac , the missing audio data cannot be magically restored; it remains a low-quality file hidden inside a large container.

Investing in a verified digital copy allows for archiving, transferring to personal music servers (like Plex or Roon), and ultimate sonic fidelity for one of progressive metal’s most important albums.

Look for the 2019 "3-LP Vinyl Reissue" FLAC rips. These are considered the holy grail by the Tool community because they removed the digital brick-wall limiting. If you find a VERIFIED rip of that specific pressing, snag it. 👉 Use /verify in this channel or grab

  1. several years ago I started with a 22 minute guided meditation. I did the same thing you did, Sarah. I rolled out of bed, went to my couch and sometimes fell asleep during the 22 minutes but eventually I stayed awake. I decided in the beginning I would do it for 21 days to form a habit. It only took a couple weeks before I noticed I was feeling something different. Upon thinking, I realized I felt content like everything was OK no matter what. I don’t meditate every day anymore but hopefully this will inspire me. I was feeling out of sorts this morning so I meditated for eight minutes. I was a new person at the end of the meditation, and the rest of my day has been great! ❤️
